• At least intermediate english.
Will be advantageous:
• Experience with UE Editor;
• Experience with console dev kit;
• 1 or more years of experience in game development.
Objectives and tasks:
• Creating and handling test requests;
• Creating and handling test documentation such as checklists, test cases etc.;
• Perform all types of testing: regressive, functional manual testing, UI\UX, performance, etc.;
• Writing bug reports, working closely with DevTeam and adding requirements for new functionality.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years working experience as an HR People Partner, HR Generalist or similar position.
• Proven experience managing the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding and performance management to offboarding.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages.

• Work experience in the game industry
• Psychology degree.

• Build strong relationships and partnerships with all levels of management and employees.
• Working with the full life cycle of an employee in an organization: onboarding, adaptation, performance review, assessment, offboarding.
• Conducting regular 1:1s with employees to check their mental health, identify needs, address requests, and support their professional development.
• Organizing and conducting team buildings and other activities within the entrusted team.
• Work within the organization in one of the following areas: internal communication, L&D, event & brand management.
