Guys the only thing I said is that the other mod aren't going for new quests and storyline , there are just perfecting the clear sky game, visually or in the script wtv ...

and thats what I don't care, I'm tired of playing the same old storyline at one point , I want something new , and I am sure fluffy if you go for a all new storyline I'm pretty sure with the time and skills you put in your modification that you'll mod will be the best out there for CS .

I didnt wan't to insult anybody here...

And I'll go try OGSM since there nothing new for CS expect this crazy Reborn mod that looks everything but nice.

Eh actually TFW and Pre Sky offer up random SoC style quests that change based on the world, and Pre Sky doesn't have a storyline really, it's just what it is a freeplay mod. It's like a combination of the best things all three stalker games have, wrapped into a great freeplay package.

TFW on the other hand has it's own storyline in development, which while it isn't complete yet isn't based on the events of Clear Sky as it occurs before Clear Sky does according to the author. I'm sorry but to me it looks like you haven't actually played any of the mods listed in the poll except for Complete.

Spartan's and The Warmongers (Which I haven't had a chance to try out yet) as Fluffy said are great overhauls of the vanilla game which offer up a vastly different experience to Vanilla; speaking from my experiences with Spartan's mod here. They both offer up enough gameplay changes and bring enough new additions to be considered overhauls.

Sorry if I seemed harsh but honestly, I am just sick and tired of everyone talking about Complete as if it's the second coming... take a look at the steam forums for Stalker and it's like it's the only mod they've heard of

Well, Total Faction War and PreSky are both Total Conversion mods, so by default they both have new storylines of a sort. TFW wil have a new storyline, but it is still in production, and the only storyline PreSky has is the one you make. They are still in beta stages, and stuff is still being added to them. TFW is more complete, since it has more time in development. And hasn't had as many buggered starts.

+1
Really can't stomach Complete I just don't see what the fuss is about.
Same with Oblivion Lost for SoC. Could never stick that.

CS COMPLETE and COP COMPLETE both live of the reputation of SHOC COMPLETE. Neither are any good, buggy unoriginal crap. The first one for SHOC was a good mod when it come out. But has been surpassed since by many. I have never voted on here simply because the fact that when you look at the vote system it starts with Complete being picked and the fact that it categorizes released and unreleased together just shows it was an unthought out thread which can never show an accurate reliable result. Don't get me wrong if it was done differently it could at least have shown personal preference trends but you can't fairly vote for or against mods when some have not even been played or released.

Sometimes i think that vortex anomaly would post better than "opera"... it always double-post up to 10same messages; most of the time opera doesnt even post...

but this is personal record!

oh, and i usually delete double posts...
