Their multipliers - a low number means less damage taken, a higher number means more damage taken.|
e.g. if damage = 1, and resistance for that damage is 0.7, then the mutant will take 0.7 of that 1 damage. If the resistance is 0.3, then they will take only 0.3 of that 1 damage.
So the lower the number, the stronger they are to damage. 1 is full damage, 0 is no damage. So any number between 1 and >0 is acceptable (although 0.1 seems to be a bottom limit without making the mutant a literal tank - exception: psuedogiant.)
