I have add a smart_terrain. Can you tell me what wrong with this ?
The NPC spawn but ignor the logic that i write for the st.

Since the logic script is generic, have you tried removing the references to it from the ST? Also, I think the jobs in the exclusive section need to be lowercase as well. If the engine is searching for lowercase words, then it might not find them if it has capitals in it.
Try those and see if it works.
 
Each word should be at least 3 characters long.

Search conditions:    - spaces as AND    - spaces as OR
