Yep !
Oui un moddeur français a modifié OGSM ; ces modifications + le fix font des problèmes trop nombreux (après 12x76 c'est du 16x70) c'est infernal.
J'arrête ce jeu hélas.
Merci

Arguments : Can't open section 'ammo_12x76_buck'
---END QUOTATION---

A recursive directory search reveals that the string 'ammo_12x76_buck' does not appear in the SRP. Therefore, you must be running at least one other mod. The error is caused by that other mod referencing the non-existent ammo header, 'ammo_12x76_buck', probably due to a typo: 'ammo_12x70_buck' is a valid ammo header in the game, but 'ammo_12x76_buck' is not.

Fix: Use Notepad++ to change all instances of 'ammo_12x76_buck' to 'ammo_12x70_buck' in your gamedata folder and its sub-directories.

You are running v1.5.10 of the game, right? At any rate, this is a known bug, albeit not one I have ever encountered myself. The position of the bridge is apparently misaligned in the all.spawn, and no-one (as far as I know) has ever aligned it properly, and this sometimes causes NPCs to fail to get to the other side. As Tejas advised, try re-loading an earlier save if you have one.

SetaKat. The fix worked; I did have some settings that made the collision box smaller, and defaulting them back fixed the problem. I did have-to restart the main bridge battle though. Furthermore, I see what you mean about the CTD problems and their relation to DXDIAG.

Tejas/Decane. even upon restarting the fight (see above) the bridge still did not lower/line up correctly, but the AI made its way forward anyway.

Anyhow, thanks for the info's and help in general. I am OMW through Limansk.. again. Time to tackle the construction site!

Bridge to Limansk BUG

Looks like the Bridge itself did not lower all the way and seal properly.
The NPCs seem to be getting their legs/feet stuck on it before sealing
causing all this. If you had a Manual Save right before all the action
started you could try the scenario again until everything worked right.

This was back in the day when CS would CTD every time you sneezed. Not really relevant much more now.

DXDiag - not used for bug reporting. Bugtrap client is used instead when a crash occurs.
This bug looks more like a common case when reducing NPC hitbox sizes. I had a similar problem once.
---END QUOTATION---

BTW this is the main topic/post in this area of the forum.. and it denotes dxdiag.. +shrug+.

Rules for submitting error reports

Please, take time to read the rules for describing the problems!

The describtion of a bug should preferebly include:

1. A step-by-step description for reproducing the problem.
2. A screenshot showing the problem, if possible. Screenshots are taken with F12, and are stored in the folder Screenshots. There is a number of good free picture hosting services in the net, such as http://www.imageshack.us.
3. The dxdiag report file. From the command line start dxdiag. Copy the results.
