The CD versions don't work with Windows 10 (and 8?), but the GOG versions do work.

Holy crap Im playing Clear Sky

I decided to search around tey again for a solution to my problem running SC and found this:

http://cs.stalker-game.com/en/?page=reclaim

Enter CD key and GOG or Steam will allow you a free download of the game.

I still don't get how my CD won't work but this will- and I don't care.

I will be unavailable for the rest of the my 4 day weekend now.

Best bet is to actually buy the game, all 3 games are on sale now and can be bought for 10$.

xrCore.dll

Now it cannot run because my computer is missing xrCore.dll

Anybody?

I am ready to buy another copy of the game at this point.

EDIT: I took care of that, now it says I don't have xrCDB.dll

I still have not been able to get Clear Sky to run.

There are many files on gamecopyworld and I don't seem to be downloading the right one.

Plus that site is serious click bait.

Can anyone here point me to the specific file I need?

I had the same problem, but after trying few cracks, it worked.
Make sure crack is the same version as your game, try gamecopyworld

Same problem...

Please insert original DVD of "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.:Clear Sky"!

I tried a couple of CD cracks which don't help.

This is the Clear Sky DVD that comes with the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Radioactive Edition.

Has anyone found a solution to this?

You could try downloading a No-CD crack for CS.

I often get this but it then loads if I try again. I presume you pressed cancel then tried again straight away.

Please insert origianl DVD of "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky"!

Just purchased the STALKER Radioactive Edition from you guys and installed without a hitch however when I try and play it I get the error "Please insert origianl DVD of "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky"!". The Disc is in the drive and I get the error even if I launch the game straight off of the disc's menu. I also installed Patch V1.5.10 and same get the same error.
