List of Flash Drives

Hi everyone,

Can anyone link me to a plain English list of upgrade flash drives, their locations and general 'how to get them'? I've read the "flashdrives at Clear Sky" thread, but the info in there is from someone with English as their second language, so I can't understand it. I've tried Gilgamesh's Clear Sky map, but it's too difficult for me to understand as well.

Failing a list, I'll just use the spawn function to spawn the missing ones directly into my inventory and be done with the rotten things. I'm sick of looking for them.

Thanks.

In vanilla there's at least one that's not attainable (in Cordon) - using the SRP mod will fix this, amongst other things. One of the Swamp drives can be annoying too, you get it after the first mission but only if you attempt to climb the tower (standing at the bottom of the ladder will do, weirdly). There's also a few you get from certain storyline missions, including one for the SEVA.

But the vast majority of them come from 'bought' stashes, so simply asking all the NPC's that sell info will get you most of them

Hi guys,

Thanks.

~Tejas: I should have mentioned - I did check the "Frequently asked - and answered - gameplay questions" thread before posting. That is where I got the "flashdrives" thread from (but still don't understand it).

~oldpdd: Thanks, that is much more understandable than mary.burns3 response in the flashdrives thread.

I ended up spawning the flashdrive directly into my inventory, using the ZRP (for SHOC) spawn function, modified for CS. I think it was the muzzle break one for the Duty guy in Agroprom, but I still have no idea where that 'Zvyagintsev' person is.

The "frequently answered" link "library" is far from being definitive and i haven't really done any systematic link gathering lately.

But now, thanks to this thread here, it includes the list of flash drives

If I'm not mistaken, he's the guy that runs the shooting gallery in the Duty base.
He's behind a door just past the base exit that leads to Old Encampment (the [usually] duty-held camp next to the big anomaly shape near the shore of the swamp.) Go in from Old Encampment and take the first door on your left. Tell him you're not looking to play his game, and you'll be able to engage in additional dialogue.

Otter is correct.
Flash drive with data on a machine gun muzzle break - Cylinders on grave (Agroprom from Major Zvyagintsev for 4000 RU) Can be found in the shooting range.
