I was under the impression that combining 2 different artifacts using the recipe resulted in a new artifact with better properties. I tried it out but I am unable to find the results of the transmutation itself. Should I be able to find the new artifact in my inventory, or do I find it somewhere else? I did try to look up the answer in the search, but none of the answers dealt with the actual transmutation itself.
The result of a transmutation attempt can be found in your inventory. If you did not succeed in the transmutation, you will find a Parasite in your inventory similar to those you can find at some anomalies.

With Patch 1.30013 I found out that if I started a Transmutation, then closed the Transmutator, I got the Bubble (the artefact at the top of the list). If I closed and immediately opened the Transmutator, it showed inside as if I had selected the Bubble. If I did not close the Transmutator while it was doing its thing, it worked correctly.

I guess that I was premature in my post. I did receive the artifact (Cuttlefish) and the unit said that it was ready to handle another transmutation, however it will not let me load another set of artifacts. Am I doing something wrong? What is the proper way to do the transmutation?
I am patched using the latest 002.

I guess that I was premature in my post. I did receive the artifact (Cuttlefish) and the unit said that it was ready to handle another transmutation, however it will not let me load another set of artifacts. Am I doing something wrong? What is the proper way to do the transmutation?

There usually goes about 1 in-game hour before the Transmutator is ready to be used again.

yeah this thing doesnt make what you want, i know i have had so many bubbles made that i never picked to make. cause some of the artifacts are very hard to find.

but the success 1, did it work and got what you wanted? like if you wanted the flame did it come out to be the flame or just a bubble? cause that what i got and them fireball is very very hard to get.

I waited the hour. I got a notice saying that the batteries have been recharged. I still cannot make it work a second time. Do you click on the artifacts that you want to use? Is it necessary to click on the recipe? None of the artifacts that you can click on do anything but stay in their window.
