You aren't kidding I can't find this anywhere south of the military checkpoint. The googlish text from sid gives no clues, the quest text says "south of ATP" which is a big area and I've had zero luck.
The thread on the AMK forum has several people asking this question so we aren't alone, and they all get beaten down saying "read the text carefully" which of course doesn't work at all for us once it gets fed through google. |

Bar, darkvalley and some other stuff are not translated yet.
Dynamic news are almost translated, some stuff still missing.
Note that this is a temp. translation, I really hope somebody make proper someday.

About this diary entry when I completed quest bring jelliwish the first one then I talked with the trader, make sure you click all dialogs to the end.
Also I noticed when you have dialogs in progress you not able open the trade window, just quit talking then you able to trade with the trader.

Okay there is a save, I'm using WW version but i don't know if it works if you using usa etc. But why not?
Three quest are allready completed 1.Find and bring jellifish artefact to Cordon trader 2. Find artefact container 3. Find dokument for Wolf
When you able to load this go talk with the trader then talk with Wolf then Nimble USB quest begins.
