HELP! My SoC Lost World Origin just keeps crashing on starting a new gameSOS! SOS!

David, somebody, please, help me.
I used to play this marvelous mod and after that I played SoC with the Mod Pack 2013.

Today I have decided that I had enough and want to go back - and STAY WITH - the LWO. Because I love it - both the game and the mod.
I uninstalled the game, cleaned my machine with the CCCleaner. I restarted the PC, reinstalled the SoC with Lost World Origin, translation+fix and with the minimap back thing.

It loads the saved games from before year and half (WOW), but crashes when I try to start a new game. It loads all the way up to "client synchronising," then it crashes and the bug reporter (or WTF you called that hated stuff) says:

Did you do a fresh download of the mod or did you use a gamedata folder you'd kept from your previous games?

Looks like something is missing from the one you're using now.

Negative.
No such files in that folder. There are other stuls, but no stul_1n.ogf

I used the LWO mod I keep on a DVD.
Like I said, I uninstalled and re-installed the the game and the mod - it's all newly installed. The same stuff like before. It worked before, but it's not working now.

I really dunno what to do.

In the 'localization.ltx' file, change 'eng' to 'rus', and in text folder you must have a matching folder name.

HEY, IT WORKED!!!
I found this on a Steamcommunity forum:

If youre having problemz starting the game:
Go to gamedata/meshes/physics/stul and rename stul_1a.ogf to stul_1ñ.ogf

I did that and it works.
Now if u xcuse me, i have some bloodsuckers to kill
