game will still only run in static lighting for me. vanilla shoc rus runs fine in full dynamic but as soon as i put the mod across, static only. doesnt matter what user.ltx i use anyone else have this problem?
Of course not.It would be a shame not to take advantage of the superb graphics of this mod.
There are 3 types of shaders possible for the mod (look under shaders R2) and it's definitly better to use the one written in Russian "6 with rays" (those modified of Kingo64).
The mod is then so beautiful with awesome sunrises and sunsets .

When you install the mod,set these shaders and set all the options (on my 5 years PC,I run it all without problem,the mod is very well optimised and no require such as OGSE093).

well as i say i always use full dynamic lighting on all stalker games but this is the first one that won't start that way. and its only after the mod is copied over. i get a black desktop with the windows cursor visible and nothing happens after that. will try manual adjustments
the issue seems to be with the latest version of the mod.
if i install and use the v1.0004 no problems full dynamic lighting.
if i install the latest version on v1.0006 static lighting only for me. in russian and english
i read 1 post on the ap-pro forum where someone else had the same issue but no answer to that so maybe i'm stuck with it

I've had something similar happening to me in a bunch of mods.
Try setting your refreshrate on
rs_refresh_60hz on
For me this was causing the game to startup with a black screen when turned off. Similarly it would be set to off again when changing renderers so do it in your user.ltx
took me a while to work out what u meant about the r2 shaders but finally found them and renamed the one u mentioned to r2 and now i have full dynamic lighting. never had to do that in the past. game looks much better now. thx again
Look in the bin folder ,you have cmd to patch the exe and change the fov (even two cheats).
When patched ,only sometimes in Marsh need to decrease option.

doesn't seem to do anything.when i run that it says patch 2 is not recognised as an operable command or batch file. i used the fov patcher np tho

first save is ok but any after that crash game
there was an edit to fix this posted on page185 of the ap-pro forum but its been removed.
not sure which of the fixes work, either the editing out of line 1127 or the newer game save script.
but saves work in dark valley now so good

Can you use the last archive for the mod?
All fix are included,no crash since start in my game.
All perfect with TKGP traduction ( Congratulation again,it's fabulous now to enjoy well the mod) .
