Messages: 2822 		Addon: Dynamic combat music from Clear Sky

This is my attempt to port the Clear Sky dynamic music to Lost Alpha.
I've play tested it a bit and it seems stable.
Might not play as smoothly as in Clear Sky because the engine doesn't allow me to queue the next sound in the theme. I'm prefetching the sounds as they are selected but not sure if this will work for everybody.
