Rostok Bar freeplay? (Spoilers.)

I would like to know if the Rostok Bar becomes repopulated after completion of the storyline.

I got the VIP card for the arena, but I failed to talk to the NPC to open the door afterward, as I figured that it would happen automatically. I didn't realize that it stayed locked until quite a while afterward, and I don't want to have to backtrack several hours worth of progress just to unlock the door in order to have it done for freeplay.

As far as I know you still just have the few Dutyers in the bar itself. I've never seen anyone else there.

We are planning something there in the upcoming DC, still uncertain how it will work out in the end.

we have the following plan: keep barman on outskirts and keep petrenko in bar as trader just like it is now. we add more counter attacks to bar to make the area a bit more hostile, and less calm.

or we could bring barman back, but actually we need someone on outskirts too, and almost all dutiers are there, which we plan to send to fight with their enemy: freedom to make that level also a bit more alive.

Giving the bar a bit more of a population would help. But not just Dutyers. A few groups of loners with the odd bandit and merc group wandering through would be interesting.

The Dutyers fighting off the mutants before the helicopter attack could go back to work, too. The mutants don't give up, but those 'dedicated' mutant hunters known as Duty just surrender and dive into a bottle of vodka.

Also giving Petrenko one or two repeatable tasks to offer would be nice, and a reason to go there more often. At the moment, once the choppers are shot down, the whole map is a bit of a waste - nothing to do but shoot a few boars and flesh, unless you include the bandits in the WT part.

A few respawns would improve things. Once the Dutyers in Forest at the bar LC have all been killed there's nobody there. If there's a blowout and you're nearby they don't take shelter and all die, so that's the end of the Duty presence in that map. A few groups of zombifieds in Forest would liven the place up a bit. Same goes for Countryside actually - there are bandits there, but why? Without loners to attack and rob they're likely to starve to death. Darkscape could use a loner presence, too.

If you play as Duty member and travel to Outskirts, Barkeep is already there, (as is the escaped Hunter) even before they migrate from GMF. Since this is Barkeep's clone there's no reason you shouldn't re-clone him back in the 100 Rads.
A Duty technician in the Outskirts would be greatly appreciated, preferably not Ivancov though, because something might happen to him. Maybe you could clone Herstel to the HQ there?

Will Petrenko be doing the Burer hand repeatable sidie that's currently commented out? Even having to visit Milo to get one isn't exactly taxing.
If the Bandits and PDogs and Snorks in WT respawned a bit it would certainly liven the place up. A blowout shelter to stop them (and Duty on Forest) popping their clogs would help too. Ditto one for Diodor in Yantar.

Exploiting 1.4007 DC as best as I can. I will NEVER, EVER use a "cheat pack" - a game lives or dies on its gameboard. Best of luck, stalker...
