Damn man if ever there was a award for "who can have the most bad shit happen to them in quick succession" I think you would be the winner. Thats a lot of crap to deal with man Chin up, breath in, an give it the good ol british stiff upper lip "nothin is gonna beat me!"
Another update - finished my last cycle of chemo at the beginning of April, had a follow-up CT a couple of weeks after that, which showed little to no change compared to the prior scan in February (with 3 cycles of chemo in between). Doctor ordered a PET scan to check for metabolic activity to determine if things were still active, or whether it was simply scar tissue . . . and that result came back clean. No Evidence of Disease.
So, I'm again cancer free, and entering the world of clinical remission. I will continue to have follow-up scans every few months to keep an eye on things, and with any luck, will never have to go back into treatment again.
