It would be nice if you do some thorough editing and correcting then upload it. In the mean time, seeing that BuddieBBB has gone AWOL

....

I'm affraid not, I speak spanish.

What I'm doing is translating the decoded cyrillic in google and then comparing it to your translations and GSC's (a lot of the cut content is already translated in the eng folder).

....

Than MrSeyker, JUST DON'T do it, take my advice. The existing english content, with the same id, is very different form the russian one in some key points. After noticing that, I started to compare line after line.

Auto translations of russian result in 90% of the cases in completely the opposite of the meaning. I know well the slavic languages structure, and yet have problems. You will push the things way far in the wrong direction. Only a russian speaker, Buddieee pleasee , can put the things on the right track.

Otherwise leave the things as they are. From personal experience, when you arrange the things to have a meaning, have deviated a lot from the real one .

P.S.
I could do a revision, now that I've got very familiar with the limited vocabulary used for 70-80% of the dialogs. the problem is that my time is also running out .

I'm well aware. I AM doing it line by line. I'm confident the lines make sense.

However the dialogs will take a long time to finish...

You're gonna have a lot of fun with them

Anyway, on my part I just have to translate mission/item/blabla names and descriptions, then I'm done. But, as said, IRL takes up a lot of space these days for me.

I'll try to work more on getting this done the next week, I should have some free time then.

Finally made my way to Dead City. Heh, noticed the funny animation, some bandits stumbling around dead drunk. Or so I'm assuming. Maybe they've been too close to the Scorcher? Anyway, looks really funny!

They're swimming in vodka . I think it is up to their eyes, because they do not react to you unless you shoot them.

It is an excellent anim and AI state.

Yes it is! That was an genuine "WTF?"-moment, when I first came across a bandit in that state.

Could anyone upload an unmodded rus folder?

It would allow me to know where exactly does the mod's texts differ and make the last steps in my translation easier.

What for? You already have it!

It is inside your downloaded file (176mb). Extract it again to another location. There will be more work, of course, if you have downloaded the .db? variant. Unpack it.

Anyway it is already there.

I'm talking about the original rus folder that comes with the russian version of the game.
