AF3 for SoC is still in development but there are several mods that use AF3 textures applied to S.W.O. or AMK dynamic weather.
Textures are squashed vertically though because of the different skybox model size in SoC.
However some time ago someone contacted me and claimed he resized the textures for his mod. Unfortunately I can't remember which mod was that.
