Yeah, I got them. They are really cool.
Thanks a lot. I emailed you back.

Edit:
I have two stories by Danlo so far, but I need a bit more, since there are around 20 stories in the Mod in total.

Got another one for you Racemate mate ( )

Tale Of The Friendly Bloodsucker

Well my friend I can tell you some really strange tales about the Zone, but most of them are only second hand. What I can tell you about is something really weird that happened to me in the Dark Valley and made me realise how strange and wonderful the zone really is.

This was a couple of winters back and I was trolling through the Dark Valley from the South Gate and I had just reached the Pig Farm when I was set up on by these two snorks. Big bastards the snorks, as big as a man and very powerful. The first one jumped at me through the gate to the Pig Farm knocking me down as it went tumbling towards the road. I managed to scrabble up and brought my trusty rifle round; I slipped off the catch when BANG!! Something thumped into the gate and then into me. Again I was knocked to the ground breathless. My vision went wonky and my back was agony of pain.

As my vision cleared I saw a second snork doing there slow crawl towards me with the first one not far behind. Suddenly they both stop and the closest one raises its head and looks like its sniffing the air. It turns and looks at the other one who also sniffs the air. A suddenly roar sends chills down my back. I’m dead for sure now, I thought. I recognised the roar as that of a hunting Bloodsucker. And they are far worse than the snorks.

The closer snork still advances but slower the rear one begins to back off when something grabs it lifts it up in the air and then thumps it down on to the tarmac of the drive into the Pig Farm. I can hear its neck snap quite loudly. The first snork begins to look about itself searching for the bloodsucker but it sees nothing.

I manage to scrabble to the Pig Farm wall and pull myself into a seating position just as something appears to jump onto the back of the remaining snork. Its head is pulled right back and I can hear a sickening tearing and popping sound. I want to throw up but I can’t, I can’t even look away as the snorks head is twisted one way then another like someone tearing a difficult branch off a tree. Then a powerful yank pulls the head clean off and blood pumps everywhere.

A tremendous roar almost deafens me and I can no longer think. Later on I thought I knew I was dead for sure. Especially as I suddenly feel rank breath on my face. I can hear the invisible bloodsucker breathing in and out heavily.

There was a flash from its eyes and the thing suddenly appears in front of me. It’s standing over me, its blood covered hands at its side. It’s looking me directly in the eyes. I swear I pissed myself there and then. Suddenly it turned on its heels and bounded off towards the hills to the east. I really thought I was going to die that day but obviously the Zone was smiling on me.
