The Point -
---QUOTATION--- What is the point of this thread? Look, I wont pretend to like holden, but modding features are modding features. If you dont like them, then change them if you can or play something else. Quite frankly you are turning a "debacle" into a "brouhaha" for no apparent reason. ---END QUOTATION---
The point of this thread should be quite clear. This is a forum is it not ?, This sub-forum is called "Mod Discussion" is it not ?
I'm discussing a Mod, for much the same reason as this Sub-forum exists. Seems like a fairly redundant question to me.
But i will try to break it down a little further for you, none-the-less.
The "Point" of this topic was to stimulate a discussion and share opinions/thoughts on the subject, which it has done quite successfully. Another point of this topic was interaction with fellow gamers, to learn from them their orientation and preferences pertaining to mod design and features.
Yet another "point" of this topic was possible feedback it could give to the Mod developers in said topic, and as you can see, one of the LURK team did find this topic.
Yet another "point" was to present some awareness to the community, that outlines some of the core mechanics in said mod.
For all of the above, this thread has fulfilled many purposes.
I really hope i do not have to explain the point of each thread i make here, the process could become extremely monotonous, and i loose a little faith in humanity each time. :\

Then use the mods proper discussion thread:
L.U.R.K.: Overhaul Discussion

as you described, is the whole reason it's there for. Makes sense?

First you try to derail my thread by saying it has no Point, then you tell me where to post it, which you have no right to do, and frankly it's none of your business. If it is being such a nuisance as you claim, then a Moderator will see to it's removal.
I have to question if you even read my OP properly, if you did, you might want to consider the context in which it was written, and also that the core of my discussion revolves around (universal) Mod and game mechanics, meaning it's contents are open to just about anyone who plays Stalker. But congratulations on being so narrow-minded and petty about it, you must feel really good about yourself, give yourself a pat on the back. Maybe you will get an honorary Wannabe-Moderator badge for this.
If your intention was to ruin and disrupt this thread, you have very much succeeded. Instead of using my limited time to respond to feedback, i have had to deal with you miserable people that can't seem to find anything better to do than disrupt a perfectly harmless thread.
If you and your Wannabe moderator buddy are finished policing this forum, maybe you should get a job as a police officer, so you can enforce petty rules for a living.
