It this code correct?

a character description id having duplicate lines as follows:

<terrain_sect>stalker_terrain</terrain_sect>
<terrain_sect>stalker_terrain</terrain_sect>

wouldn't this cause a crash?

ALSO would it be ok if a character description id does not have a terrain_sect line?

If you have duplicates the later one will be used. Remove one.
