Latest Oblivion Lost?
Hi,
Can anyone point me towards the latest version of Oblivion Lost (is it 2010?), ? Or at least the version number so I can search? All I've found so far are Megaupload links and those are all dead now. I imagine there must be a torrent but can't find it (or rather, find lots and don't know which is which).

Thanks Seeker. I haven't played SHoC for a long while and the mod scene has moved on so much since I was last involved. I remember Lurk and Stalker Complete but most of these new mods are unfamiliar to me.
I'll look into AMK but which of the "larger mods that have it or both incorporated" would you recommend?

I recently completed a playthrough of oblivion lost 2010 and cant remember having many crashes at all, maybe 3 in an entire playthrough and nothing serious, i really enjoyed it a lot more than i had expected to with it being similar to vanilla i did wonder if i would find it boring after playing all the russian mods but not at all, just make sure you follow all the install instructions http://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-soc-oblivion-lost-2010 |

Thanks, but the problem is that the mod download links are all on Megaupload and that site has been closed down!

Nope the links on that page are mediafire, they updated them after megaupload was shut down |

To be honest, i only "know" AMK and OL which are kinda big gameplay mods within the original story and environment. I know that there is also ABC but i never messed with that one. Any other big mods that do the same as the ones mentioned above?  |

Other Mods
I apologize with the incoming wall of text :
Something I'm enjoying at the moment is Clear Sky Faction Mod by xRatx, though its creator picked specific weapons from mods and added them in. It's got a good selection of armors, pistols, shotguns, nato and soviet pact assault rifles and the like though, so I'm enjoying it.

Like I mentioned in the previous post, you can just grab Oblivion Lost 2.2 and AMK 1.4 EN 2.0.94, there's a patch that merges them together, even adds in AMK Arsenal, I'll have to look around.
I searched around and found this, it has the proper links and files if you want to add the files together manually, the 'master pack' link at the top didn't work for me. :

So, you have a few choices, really. Oblivion Lost 2.2 by itself, AMK by itself, the two mods merged ( either the base files, or by using one of the larger mods noted in this thread ). Oblivion Lost adds in Artifact Transmutation, meaning that if you find or buy a recipe, and find the correct anomaly to change them in, you have a chance to create a new artifact with better properties, of course you also have to do this at a certain time of day.

Regardless of what you choose, just be ready for quite a lot new gear. Those blue stash boxes should be nicely full, and OL 2.2 offers freeplay afterwards.

P.S. - I forgot to add in two other mods. One is named Rebalanced by storm_shadow / Shadow_State. It adds in new weapons as well, a newer version is in development, too. It doesn't use AMK, or Oblivion Lost, but adds in its own selected items ( like CSFM ), and it plays well.

Then, there's Oblivion Lost U.L.T.I.M.A.T.E. by Majorsoft, I liked this always more than SMP. It has Oblivion Lost 2.2 and AMK in it, along with a few other parts you can add on to it ( new HUD, weapons like the Kar98K, BAR, Remington 870, Mosin Nagant and the GP100 ). Can't believe that I forgot this one, pretty sure the author is remaking this one, too.
