Has anybody modded the CoP weapons (or inventory interface) for use in SoC or Clear Skies?

First, I'm a newbie to this forum, so if there is a more appropriate place to put this post, please take necessary actions.

Now that that's out of the way, I have to say this is an amazing game. I played SoC and loved it, and then I played CoP and loved that even more, and now I'm playing them both all over again with the Complete Mod.

One question is: I miss the sophisticated interface and weapons of CoP when I play SoC. Is there any way to play the SoC campaign using the CoP interface?

Is there any way to access the CoP weapons in SoC? (Specifically the Eliminator shotgun - that was my favorite CoP gun.)

I tried searching in the mods section of the forum, but I didn't get very useful results. Maybe my search terms were badly defined.

Thanks for your help and suggestions, and I'm looking forward to enjoying this game all over again!

Hello and welcome, You seem to have had the same effect from COP as me. I miss the new additions it adds when I go back to SHOC. There are plenty of mods that add weapons to SHOC and some with upgrade systems too.
Advice:

Complete for SHOC is a nice mod and there is a weapons addon for it you can try. There are other mods such as Oblivion lost and SMP 2.4 which do not change the story much but add a lot of new weapons and outfits and add the ability to repair things. Try Moddb. Autumn Aurora is nice looking and has addons with new weapons. I enjoyed Faction fronts for SHOC as it had a lot of weapons that are rarely found in vanilla in stashes and boxes. I enjoyed it and it is an autoload like Complete.

Complete for COP is buggy and you may have problems finishing it plus it has been surpassed in the visual look by several others. Try Absolute Nature 3 and Atmosfear 3 together. There both autoload and are compatible with each other, Complete uses older versions of both.

There is no really such thing as CoP weapons. They are all the same as ShoC weapons with only two additions, Eliminator-Protecta shotgun and RPK machine gun.

For these two weapons, there are already models floating around in internet. Just add those to the game and you're good to go. The real difference of CoP is the upgrade system.

Yes, but I reajusted it manually. It's better than the original, believe me:

Thanks for the link to the Protecta shotgun. I imported that into my game and it's great fun!

The only question I have is: should the gun appear like its COP appearance in the inventory? I'm getting a graphical glitch when it's in my inventory.

Here's a link to show what I mean. It looks like a double-barrelled side-by-side shotgun and a sawn-off version of the over-and-under shotgun in the inventory. Is this supposed to happen and if not, how do I fix it?

Is there any protecta that uses the SoC arm mesh?

It bothers me a lot when I'm switching weapons and suddenly my hands increase in quality.
