What effect is that going to have on the system in general. Is it going to change the pc's main language or change thing's in some other way.

It is only supposed to affect how text files with unspecified encoding are opened. In practice, some software uses this setting to guess your preferred language (over the system language). If that turns out to be a problem, you can always go back. It has no lasting effect.

Well luckily it only had a few files with those bad names, and renaming them wasn't so difficult. It would be good to know for other solutions if other new russian mods are going to have this...

I did what Don Reba said before trying anything else, but it didn't work at that moment.
Each word should be at least 3 characters long.
Search conditions:    - spaces as AND    - spaces as OR
