Zombie Apocalypse mod?

Sorta random as I haven't been around the website in a long time, but has anyone made like a good mod that is based more around zombies? Less about mutants and more about surviving in the zone with lots of zombies about? Figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

You had to ask with 666 posts didn't you?

I remember some talk about a zombie apocalypse mod somewhere, I'll hunt around a bit.

The way I did that (and I'm NO modder) is to use FatRap's Run & Gun mod.
He does everything with the Script files so you can make easy changes without worry.

Well if you like something uncommon... check this video:

If you like it, read the video description and use the Filefactory link.

Btw, you start in Pripyat... and the game finishes in the same map at the stadium.

Or if you want to learn more about the mod in this forum... here:

Thanks for the posts, but not really seeing much there. I don't really like L4D a whole lot, it just gets too repetitive, so taking that idea into STALKER isn't exactly the best, heh. That other one is mostly just modifying the game slightly and I'm looking for a bigger experience.

I'll also say to expand out, I have all three games, so if there isn't one for SoC, I can take one for CS or Pripyat, with Pripyat being the one I have currently installed for some Misery action.

Maybe something to sorta consider for myself, the mod I'd like to see is sorta like Priboi Story, an unrestricted open world experience, but its much less about a particular mission or objective, and just trying to survive in a zombie filled zone. Like if I had to make a story for it, it would be something terrible happened in the Zone, more-so than usual, and caused many in the Zone to be turned into ghouls along with raising the dead that have been killed off in battles already. Mutants are minimal, but zombies are numerous and relentless. There might some side-mission stuff, such as been done before with the likes of Yantar, but now its a problem at bases all over the zone, where they have to fend off the zombie horde.

With these years of playing mods, maybe its time to look at one of my own XD
