You could always use something like SweetFX to use SMAA as well. Almost as good as MSAA and with no performance hit.

could give it a try, but the performance I get with msaa is perfectly playable. got it working yesterday with nvidia inspector and nvidia control panel. downsampling (2880*1620) + 4 x msaa still framerates around 60.

downsampling + 2 x msaa = waaaaaaay over 70-90 fps, so no real need to search for something which drains less performance *

overclocked gtx titan makes it possible *

will try SSAA too.

and I have to say Downsampling and msaa on stalker looks outstanding... did it with complete mod + photorealistic zone 2.

Forcing Antialiasing in Stalker

hey *;D

I have a question, is it possible to force antialiasing on stalker ? But I would only be interested in forcing AA with full dynamic lightning. static lightning is not interesting for me.

I recently installed the complete mod again, did downsampoling on it (2880*1620) and now I wanted to force something like 4x
msaa over it on top.

what settings do I have to choose in nvidia inspector + control panel, so that it works *;D ?

Or does it in NO WAY work with full dynamic lightning (which I doubt)? any other stuff possible ? Ogssa, ssaa or whatever ?

but would be cool if it works with msaa, somehow this must be forcable with nvidia inspector/control panel *;D

or is ssaa better (looking) than msaa ? whatever, I would need to know, how a setup in a stalker profile in nvidia inspector would have to look like. where do you have to choose which option?

got it working *;D still very good frame rates 50-65 with downsampling and 4xmsaa und 70-90 and more with downsampling + 2xmsaa.
