no-clip mod or trainer (to enable walking through walls)

Hi there

Does somebody know of a mod, trainer, secret command, or other hack to switch off clipping and allow the actor to walk through walls and objects?

I've heard of some mod doing this but didn't find it with google.

There is something like this by dezodor, but for fences only:

http://www.moddb.com/mods/no-more-fences-minimod-10-for-shoc

You can do yourself a noclip mod for different materials with hacking the gamemtl.xr, with the gamemtl unpack/repack tool or with sdk editor.

Hope meltac doesnt mind me asking on their thread, how difficult would it be (if even possible) to alter demo record so you can pick up an item whilst using demo record? i seem to remember you could do this in i think clearsky, be handy for recovering items that have fallen through the texture

Yep, demo record is best bet, but if you have the SDK installed just do the following:

1) Open the shader editor
2) Go to the "material" tab
3) For anything you want set to no-clip change the "passable" flag.
I'm pretty sure that's it.
Demo record is the better way to go, as if you decide to set ground materials to passable you'll just fall through the world.

Well, really just few clicks in shader editor, but there is no reasonable setup of materials, as the same material can be applied for ground and for wall object parts too, so in many places the actor will fall below the map. When i make bricks passable, i can go through house walls only if i have luck, because in most cases the brick wall is too thick, and the actor looses the ground and falls again...

Same goes for the fences in the undergrounds. They're the same material as the outdoor fences so you'd fall through being stuck in the underground Luckily i knew how to enable spider-man like jumping

Instead of going through a wall, why not just be on the other side?

Just set the new position to a spot a couple meters offset from your current position in the direction you are looking.

Take a snapshot of your current position so that you can pop back to it if you happen to fall out of the level when there's nothing on the other side of the wall.

In ZRP, use debug mode, Esc D F to teleport through doors, walls, fences, NPCs, etc. Esc D R to return to your previous position.

Thanks guys for all your replies! Although it's kinda sad that there's no "real" no-clip mode I got some ideas now how to overcome my problem
