Milkshape works for me under Win 7, just the occasional crash due to an overly complex or buggy model.

Can someone help me? In the russian tutorial it says to move the weapon model into the hand with that skeleton. Here it shows how it's supposed to look after moving:

How do I move the weapon? Both arms and weapon now use the same skeleton, how do I move the weapon model only without moving skeleton? If I could move it freely, I could at least try to rotate it into place manually, but maybe there is an automatic option for that too?
