Priboi Story (Steam v1.0006) - weird greyish landscape in distance

Hi!

I've started playing Priboi Story, and this mod is brilliant. Almost like playing a new game, the maps have lots of new stuff in them, very interesting story so far! Still in Cordon, but I've noticed when the sky got cloudy or thunderstorm the landscape in the distance looks nearly white - almost like the colours get inverted or something. Is this just an issue with the STALKER gfx engine, or bad config settings that can be fixed?
I'm playing using Steam, v1.0006. Windows 8.1, Geforce 680MX.

Thanks!

One thing that could be the problem is the patch version 6. The original Priboi Story was made for patch 4, there was an update for patch 5.
The Priboi Story Overhaul is made for patch version 5.

It could be the shaders are giving some trouble. try to delete/move the shaders folder from the gamedata folder. and see if it changes anything.

I noticed that after upgrading to windows 8.1, the 3D settings were changed. Stereoscopic 3D was enabled, for instance.
Try to check the Nvidia Control panel, and see if there is something out of the ordinary in there.

It looks that way in Priboi 1.1 as well. I think its just something that happens. It doesn't do any harm, and there's nothing at that distance that you really need to see.

Much safer to ignore it than to mess with settings that might screw something up in an attempt to 'cure' it.

Priboi with different shaders produce the same results (I use Priboi Story + PRZ2). I think I'll just let it be, it's not a big issue anyways. Thanks.
