Visual oddity when using motion blur

I've been experimenting with the r2_mblur command, and after some time I noticed a visual oddity: First time, I was running through some thicket, and I saw something strange in the sky. I managed to reproduce it here -

Look at a little to the left of the treeline in the middle. The best way to see it is to take both pictures and cycle between them. This happened while I ran down the road(as shown in the pictures of course). What basically happens is that a part of the sky is displaced. I noticed two errors: 1 - A crystal-like visual oddity when running and having the sky in the relative center of the screen. 2 - Only certain 'lumps' of the sky would be motion-blurred when I ran.

Maybe this was the reason they disabled it. I've played around with the settings, but note that I saw this bug initially having set the intensity of the motion blur to 0.125.

Make a shortcut to the exe file and add -mblur to the end of the target line.

WOW You're my favorite. I messed with the setting in game but could never get it to work. What's this I hear of a depth of field command? I thought it was something like r2_gi etc, but could never get it to work. Any ideas?

Hey man..

I also see the problem with mblur on..
it's not too horrible.. but it looks like it might be the way that they've created the cloud overlays..

here's a better example to show others what you're talking about..

not sure if that's something they'll get around to fixing, considering it's not even something they cared to document in the game's normal interface besides a console command that doesn't work unless you've got the modifier on the shortcut that you ran the game from..

thanks for pointing it out though, and I'm definitely loving the blur in the game for the most part..

here's another visual issue, (I took this shot using cam_3 console command and swinging the camera around my own player model..
