Submit in what format?
Does anybody know in what format I can submit my story? I've written it in MS Word and I've put a lot of effort in getting the text exactly right. So there's a lot of italic, paragraphs, quotation signs and chapter markers in it. I'd hate to see my story appear as some large blob of text. If the stories are posted in html, lemme know. I'll adjust the text so the correct fonts will be displayed (you know, with all ''s and ''s.
In a last resort, I'll export it to notepad and make the best of it.
Can anybody help. The moderators maybe?

Most of the stories I've seen to date haven't been formatted. That is, no italic or bold, no special bars, images, abstract spacing, fonts, size, etc. etc.
In other words, you're limited to plain text. You could copy it all to notepad to get an idea of what you'll get, but most people have a problem with notepad and it's word wrap system. So you'd best copy it from notepad back into word before you consider sending it.
And I wouldn't be surprised if they have to it so that code in the story won't work.

But I think I'll submit it anyway. That way 1) I'll know what it will look like,2) people can read it already and form their own opinion and 3) if necessary, I'll just hit the resend button to submit it again if they (hopefully) change the grading system.
