In vanilla CS, monsters don't drop any items. That mod is just to re-add mutant parts so it's like SoC. It also changes the drop rates a bit but you can easily do that by editing the Spawn_Inventory_Item_Probability in each mutant's config file.

I'm curious about this mod posted earlier in this thread:

but it looks like it's for CS, is there a version of this mod for SHOC?

OK, let's take Chimera as an example. I have this in monster_items.ltx

No, I didn't, but how that has something to do with the items appearing in game or not?, the items have a dummy icon for the moment, I want to fix this before editing the ui_icon_equipment.

No, I didn't, but how that has something to do with the items appearing in game or not?, the items have a dummy icon for the moment, I want to fix this before editing the ui_icon_equipment.
