I will be very grateful , I am working with a mod called Chernobyl reconstruction , plan to add several things on maps , and posting on ModDB , so you can see my work , if you guys can help me , when I finish getting the Escape map , post the download here too.

You must add the new object to the Sector you're working in.

If you've hid all Sectors, unhide them
Add your objects
Click on the Sector you're working in (Sectors are displayed in different colours, you can't miss it)
Click "Capture Volume" under Command
Compile > Build

Then you'll need to run xrLC.exe to recompile the level and see your changes in-game. Be wary, this takes forever to do on high settings.

Do a search for "Using the Level Editor" on this forum, everything you need to know is in there.

Open your scene
Select Sector
Clic right on the scene and press "unhide all" (like this, you could see all "sectors"
Open "Object list"
Select the "defaut sector"
Press "capture volume"
Left clic on a uncolored object on the map (one of yours news objects as trees, cars or others)

It add yours news objects in the "defaut_sector".
Press Scene> Validate, it would be okay.

If you add object in a house as example, you doesn't need to select the default sector, but the specific sector for this house...
