Sadly after a few hours of playing, game keeps crashing and crashing. I can reload 3-4 savegames before and continue, but after 10-20 minutes next crash is happening. Not really playable. Gotta wait till this baby got some bug fixes.

Yea thats what was happening to me too, i think it has to do with the translation patch. if you keep the game in russian with their latest patch you can continue playing which is what im doing. the only thing that sucks is i cant understand whats going on but its pretty vanilla all the way up to yantar and i accepted a mission that took me to some forrest area and yea... lost in translation, im just exploring the zone at this point with a few crashes but im still able to continue

Hopefully someone can give us a translation that wont crash us or take the time to do it without a fast machine translation

still crashing for me @ the same places, but i just loaded up my last saves. Maybe i need to start a new game?

I noticed a discrepancy in the script folder count.

Do you have these two files?
gramofon.script and sound_megafon.script

If you don't make them and put nothing in them.
They are empty.

I have both these files and they are empty. My last 3 + crashes do not have a crashlog sadly, maybe my files are corrupt i dunno. It just shows my savings:

I wonder if that error is due to the following pistol.

Make sure that the following line is in the 'w_fort.ltx' file.

ammo_class = ammo_9x18_fmj, ammo_9x18_pmm, ammo_9x18_pbp
I have noticed that in the 'prefetch.ltx' and '_prefetch.ltx' files that the ammo class 'ammo_9x18_pmm' does not exist.

I wonder if putting in a line for this ammo class would solve a problem.

I put in the line, but game just keeps freezing without a log now. I think ill give up. Thanks for the help though

Very cool! thank you i will try them out.

Are these translations compatible with the patch they have listed on the ap-pro website? there was some "minor" text edits on one of the patches i believe, im a little confused on the patches they have there. they have 2 listed but i think they both are the same patch just different download hosts, tho i could be wrong.

When I click the XR_3DA.exe I get an error about the fsgame.ltx file & to check the folder. The file is there but..........

Might have to try the patches & see if that does anything.

I had the same problem. I tried a startgame.bat file , didn't worked.
But , after unzipping the archive again , it worked ( without the .bat file).
I can't play the game anyway , i'm in Cordon and , when I try to leave beginners village the game crashes with a '' XR_3DA caused acces violation '' error.
Once,I managed to get close to the army checkpoint but , right after jumping over the fence, the same error pops up again.

game graphics to dull

is there any way to brighten this mod up it is far to dull even mid day I have to put my flashlight on sometimes, put the autumn add on but it just brightens it up a little and the way it is makes the game depressing, tried the video settings but cannot do it that way,any help welcome as it looks like a great mod but in my opion is spoilt by this

above is the crash log I get when trying to enter the swamps can anyone tell me what to do to put this right as I have not got a clue what to do?

Try switching to 'static', after entering Swamps switch back to whatever you were using.
 
Each word should be at least 3 characters long.
