You just created a nice bug for yourself with using an outdated actor.ltx. Unfortunately, we don't have human resources to give support in such cases.
A quick hint: since skill module was introduced, you can't edit the limits as in previous releases. Check the addons section on LA's moddb page, there is a weight limit mod already, which you can alter for your liking.
