I've made my research in forum and the only reference I get is from the SmP thread wich is not soo usefull
Anyways, Any clue what does this means?

My Recent Changes were in rx_ai, rx_utils and rx_reload from bak ai (disabling rx_wmgr references)

I think it's a faulty mesh, probably an error in the animation or bone setup. You might want to replace the mesh with its nearest neighbour Just copy/paste/rename another mesh to that mesh

@Loner1 Actualy, they are vaniila meshes. I should blame GSC ^^
Anyways, I might do that of way of replacing the model and hex to change the texture, it might work

I remenber that from SmP days, the binoc problem but I am not sure if it is that old problem from SmP

I don't really believe that only binoculars could be problematic. You are using ai enhancement mods, where npc-s use and choose weapons, items, and maybe they die with those items in hand. Somehow this ctd always relates to cases, where npc-s using binoc, other items, weapons etc. and die...

That's true but also I am using part of them (In case of Bak AI, I am not using rx_wmgr and rx_bandage).

My guess is rx_reload.script. I have to "disable" it to confirm if it was causing those problems.

EDIT :
I didn't disable the rx_reload and I got same CTD with diferent visual in a diferent level (this case, cordon). This should confirm that the CTD is caused by my modified version of rx_reload that doesn't inclue rx_wmgr refereces xD

What if the "best weapon" is binoculars, xRatx? I'm serious. My suggestion to help troubleshoot this particular problem is to output a debug statement of what npc:best_weapon() is returning in each case, when you get cwpn and also before you return from function get_weapon(npc). The one shown just before the crash is the guilty party.

A possible fix might be to simply add those weapon parameters to the binoculars, using the same values for the knife, like ammo_mag_size = 0.

NatVac Actualy I have restored the rx_wmgr.script and the original stuff from rx_ai (That I had modified to get rx_reload work without rx_wmgr) to solve that ctd

I was hoping to prove a theory and nail down the cause of the crash, but that's okay; the important thing is to stop the crashes.
