the traders should have FAR more items!

My simple request:

I want the traders to sell FAR more items. Later on You get enough money plus the better ammo and better weapons can hardly be found so I want the trader to sell EVERYTHING. A gauss gun, 7.62mm ammo, grenades for the launcher etc. and all the improved ammo.
This should be a very simple change to the game. Probably it could be modded, too, but I did not figure out the right section in the .dba (yet).

This way making money at leas would make sense hence prolonging the gaming experience because all the side quest would make sense. Besides its unrealistic that a weapons trader only sells You sh*t if You have 300000 RU. In real life, they would probably try to get a helicopter for You

I don't know if they should have more items, but I do think that what items they have should cost a lot more. It's not unusual that after a couple of side missions you can buy out a trader's entire inventory. I imagine the Zone as being a place that has its own sort of economy. For example, in the Big Land, it might be kind of tough to buy an SMG or some hand grenades--but in the Zone, such items are common and wouldn't be worth much at all as compared to what they'd go for elsewhere. Likewise, bread is extremely cheap in the outside world, but because there aren't exactly any supermarkets in the vicinity of Chernobyl, such staples as good food and uncontaminated drinking water would be worth a premium.

It would be really cool if there was some sort of system implemented whereby the more of a given item a trader had in his inventory, the less you'd get by selling him another one. Of course, it would also mean that items he had in bulk would be sold more cheaply, too. Especially if other Stalkers start getting into the action and selling loot to the trader--the price of goods would constantly fluctuate. There might be a sudden shortage of, I don't know, shotgun slugs, that might force all of the Stalkers to switch to different weapons until some more make their way to the Zone. It would make life a bit more real and interesting.

I think they should have a random inventory, so they could offer you a gauss rifle at the very first day, but you can't afford the 200000ru. 2 days later it is gone bought by another stalker who had the money...

Has anyone else seen the Thunder rifle (with scope) in the first traders shop? I want it and I would pay a fortune, but he won't sell...

I'm a bit disappointed that I'm the only person making use of the traders services.. Not to mention that he tries to get me to do the same missions over and over. Perhaps the main character suffers from deja-vu's too?
