Hey, Goodspeed, you have any suggestions of most underrated stories? I am making "Verdict 2" which should be out in a months time, so having some opinions on underated stories should allow me to make a great result eventually.

Well, I haven't really read that many storie, mostly cause I wanted to review them, which takes a lot of time. 'Sides the ones you guys already listed, I became kinda dissillusioned with the enormous quantities of crap that float around the contest.

Your latest work really shows your improvement on the quality of writing (yes I have been reading it). Yet it deviates a bit from the game's atmosphere, which is after all a shooter. It's not a critique, it's a compliment. Maybe you should try writing 'serious' stories, cause you intent to tone down the action and emphasize the human aspect of your stories. It's really more difficult to accomplish, but the usual run-and-gun shooter fan might think it's boring (cause he's shallow). I know IanC and I think GrislySilence possess this quality as well (as long as IanC can work on it without pressure ). Y'all could very well write professionally, but should assess which kind of readers/genre you want to write for.

heh, thanks for the compliment. I guess no going for long stories is a right decision for me after all!

BTW - Ian_C posses a big chance of winning the contest now. The recent "development" of his finale part make a big contribution to it (To chanSD5 : ) I had friendly chat with atem yesterday and he said that for stories in part, they will get the part wit the highest rating and add the author's voting effect to it.

So Ian _C - putting out things in part isn't such a big mistake after all

I know! I could barely believe it when I logged on today to see the last part of 'the difference' still at number five, the voting assassins who despise me must be on holiday!

I am sure that you and Chan had more than a little to do with it so I thank you both, although as a whole it's not the story I envisaged it is most heartening to have such lasting support.

Also thank you for the kind words, Goodspeed. As well as working on Snowmaiden with Chan, I'm also chipping away at a Hitman fan fic which has, you guessed it, very little gunplay, very pleased with the way it's turning out so far but I will until it's finished before putting it out there! I'll let anyone interested know when I submit it to fanfiction.com.

Thanks for the comments guys!

As for Snowmaiden, Ian and I have been pouring quite an effort into it. Dedicated stalker fans and science fiction nuts would love it as we release one part at a time.
