Vanilla Weather System? (reposted from "Playing the game"-section)
Hi, everyone. This is not the kind of question I would usually post in the Modding-section, but I suspect that people here might be more knowledgeable of the kind of issue I'm interested in.
My problem is, that I'm getting a little annoyed with the weather in "Complete 1.4.4.", because there seems to only be one fixed 24h-cycle, which repeats every day. I started asking myself, if it was different in Vanilla, but it has been a very long time since I played it, so I don't remember. It would be cool if somebody could tell me, if the weather is more varied in SoC-Vanilla (day by day). Also, same question for CS and CoP.
As far a mod-alternatives go: I guess I could simply get "Weather Overhauled", Texture-packs and something to get more Campfire-music. I was under the impression that most of the parts of the Complete-mod existed on their own, but I'm not sure.

Also likes to bathe in Fruit Punch and to get savaged by Bloodsuckers.
