Brain Scorcher shut down

I am unable to pass that mission, when you have to turn off the 3 switches at the brain scorcher. This mission is awfully hard, I would say it is close to impossible. I managed to turn off 2 switches, but I always ran out of time for the 3rd one.

Is there any strategy for this mission?
I tried to change the difficulty from "stalker" back to "novice", but as I saw it did not change.
I have a dozens of zombie-soldiers there ("It's inside me!!!" , but I saw a video on Youtube about this mission, where there are only a few; how is that possible?

Don't shoot anything you don't have to. With the default AI you only need to shoot one npc. Run past the rest. You can jump over railings also down to the next level.

Removing clock

Is there any way of removing the clock in this ridiculous mission, a mission
that does nothing but make me bad tempered, and the worst I have ever played.
Thanks

walk into the side rooms as you go down, it will disable the clock and reset it and give more time to complete it

Don't feel bad Kanui. I HATED this mission!!!! Had to save scum my way though it. The zombified military guys were all shooting at me, zombies up my ass at every turn, that stupid effect when a controller hits you, pseudogiant, snorks....... I needed a damn rocket launcher!!!!

Got a bit easier with the controller out of the way.

Maybe a bit off topic but, I thought that the emitters mission, where you shut off the 4 switches in the x10 lab under Radar, was the actual brain scorcher? Is it? Not really sure...

Visual effects

Is there supposed to be the Drunken effect combined with the double vision and blurry? This seems like too much to handle (40 reloads and counting)

When you come to your senses again after throwing the main switch, there is a Controller to take care of.

yes this needs to be killed as fast as you can. cause the blurriness wont go away because of him.

what i did was i went threw the whole complex and found where that exit was at and figured where everything is at before i started to turn on anything. cause once you got that done all you need to do is remember which way to turn off the switches and then get out, like i said in another post like this i had less then 10 seconds when i got out and i ran and jumped lol
