That's exactly what he has in his config. I`ve made it now so that he will always have these items instead of only a percentage chance.

when i got the pda message stating he was in town and to come, i ran right for him and got to him and wow he had a lot of the good rare stuff for sure, i like the mod bulldog that fire m209 shells !! but soon as i went out of the room and replaced my battery in the flash light he was gone man he sneaked right past with out even saying good bye...
thats very rude after i spent a ton with him beside selling a lot of junk to him lol
