Yeah, just run into those. How did you get past the CTD after taking the documents from the safe? An earlier save? Just kept trying? I have tried about five or six times now from the save before opening the safe. Sometimes it crashes within seconds, other times it took 15-20 seconds. I was hoping to get past this one, as it wasn't a problem for me first time around.

it was just luck that I got passed it, same with the mole mission on agroprom.

the only mods I'm using is setting all quest items to 0 inventory weight, a wider flashlight beam, and changing the sound files for the detectors.

The Turret gun in NPP needs to be fixed, it doesn't shoot right using it. so I ended up running realy low on ammo with that mutant battle using my own guns.

Thier is another turret just like it at the south miltary checkpoint in cordon however and it works perfectly so maybe you can look at the settings you have for that one for comparison and apply it to the NPP one.

i just got past the stadium and im wondering around. and that secret trader man he sure doesnt stay long. i pick up what i could cause i didnt want to get weight down. but the bulldog that fire m209 shell is a blast and the fast firing svm man its fast but dam recoil makes it not that great and the guass gun now i see what other are talking about. it sure does suck, man it use to be the sure 1 shot 1 kill gun but not so much even head shots are a joke.. but it fires very fast though..

and few other guns just gonna see if i can find anything in this section before i move on to the plant.

dam pda keeps switching me to the top quest yet. every time i get what i am working on now and when it updates for the next stage. BAM it has the emitter quest check. so i have to go and check what i am doing now, over and over gawd !!

yea I hated that too, its like the mission list has a autmatic priorty order when you want to do specific ones in that area, all you can do is keep clicking the crosshair next to the one you want to work on.

major Spoiler Alert

yeah and it gets very old fast ya know..

inside the reactor when it pops up with get the code for that 1st pc you come across. right after that bloodsucker thats appears on the ceiling. and the SIn scary MOFO !! i get to that door at the end and i died 4 times so far no matter what i do i cant get away from the bloodYend..

you know what i mean or do you? im not really sure of what to do to get past this part right now...

well tried a few more time by see if there is another way beside that door. i see another code lock door but i have no code for it. i even tried throwing a bunch of grenades down that hallway and still it goes into a cut scene some what and all i got is a pistol and i see it goes to my head and then GAME OVER !

WTF?!?!!?!?

well i got the bloodsuckr dead 1 full clip of black stripe ammo. but the door down at the other end is what i mean. when the screens goes kind of red and there is a line up of monolith exo lined on both side of the hallway. i kept trying to get back in the room, what i had to do is go towards them.

but now i have finish it but via the sarcofacus but i didnt like the " i want to be rich" lol

but i am trying to get tot he gen so i can turn them on. but i found 2 doors in a hallway an 1 is unlocked where you get a pda with useless info on it and just to the right of that door. another but it is locked and i dont know how to open it. cause i think i need to so i can get to what i need to be done. but i cant i am now stuck. i have been wondering up and down back and forth for the last 2hrs now and i havent gotten anywhere..

gonna call it a night and maybe get back at this and see what i have to do now. i may leave there cause everything i have is damage bad very bad.

dang near out of rad kits and batterys

lol - great idea! The best of both worlds.

I finally got past it. Just loaded the save before opening the safe, then wandered around the building a bit before trying again. Eventually worked.

My only gripe with stealing the bandit documents is them immediately going hostile, without giving me a chance to escape first, so I have to kill at least two of them before getting clear. Now, both the bandits and Monolith are hostile, so killing them appears to be the only option. I would ave preferred a chance to escape with the documents without being discovered and be able to continue being neutral with both factions whilst wearing the bandit jacket.

However, I guess some of you may have already managed to remain neutral despite this?
