C-Consciousness missing dialog box

Hi guys. I've installed a russian voicepack, so I can't understand what the C-Consciousness says. Which file I need to modify in order to put the dialogue box back? Thanks!

I meant the hologram scientific's speech, not the monolith calls. It isn't for curiosity, it's for a mod, that's why I'm asking for the file that controls that dialog box.

I also wish to know this, I've looked over some files regarding the logic of the encounter, but nothing seemed out of the ordinary. No special references in xr_effects or anything.

I THINK it might be controlled by the exe or the dlls, unfortunately.

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this issue, as I also wanted to restore the dialog window for a friend who doesn't speak english.

The weird thing is, all the speech has its corresponding text defined in the language files, so maybe you're right about it being exe-controlled.

Guys, we're asking for a way to re-enable the dialog box in that specific conversation for consistency's sake, what the scientific says is just irrelevant.

it's maybe not the answer, but this mod do subtitles for
everything, in english or in russian:

Look at the screenshot with the scientist...
This mod can even do subtitles for the sounds ingame (dogs scream, megaphon, laughs etc.)
 
Each word should be at least 3 characters long.
