Running animations

Hi, I want to ask if there is a way to add sprint anims to basic items (knife, binoculars and bolt), if I reference those anims in the ltx the game crashes.

Another question, it is possible to make the bolt selectable with the mouse wheel?

Hi there.

To alter the animations, you have to open the model file (after conversion to the proper format: ".obj", I think) located in "gamedata/meshes/weapons/*.ogf" in an animation/modeling software like 3DSmax.
I'll let the experienced users of this software fill you in on how to use it, as I never used it myself.

Once the animations are done, you can reference them in the ".ltx" config files.

So changing only the ".ltx" files is gonna lead to more CTD

So those items didn't have running animations then.
