Complete is nothing more than ZRP + Some mods + Textures, graphics.
My fully merged ZRP and Faction wars are perfectly working with SC, and it would be obvious if you would ever have read the readme... |

Look for bar_hostile_npc in these two files:
gamedata\config\scripts\bar_territory_zone.ltx
gamedata\scripts\xr_conditions.script
SC2009 is supposed to be based on the ZRP, so the change by bardak to make the defense of the Bar work properly should be in there, but it might have been changed by the merge done by artistpavel. Essentially, that function is checked in the ZRP when you hurt or kill someone on the Bar level, and if he is not a member of a Duty, stalker or Ecologist faction, you are okay.
So you could check the original SC2009 versions of those files and compare them with your merge, Darimar. I would suggest looking into ExoStalker's work, too. |

The Faction wars take a little bit to kick in, it takes awhile for the whole AI to choose what they do, and as the faction wars aren't spawns, it's real time travel of the Alife, so it takes awhile for em to move around.
Little things to check that the mod works, like for example, check if Wolfs weapons randomize on new games Enemies throw grenades etc, that kinda thing.
