Nope, the thing is, he does nearly anything in german, even in the scripts you will find german words.
His isn't interested in any way to translate this mod. Its his 'private mod' and we creepy little folks should be grateful that he let us play it.
Sounds quite shitty, eh?
And this is the kind of his behavior he shows if you dare to ask things or even worse: critic...
Maybe... if this mod is ever finished and most important: bug free, then I might give it a try again and maaaaybe if I'm getting the feeling that the mod is worth it, I will translate into english.
But at the moment its quite useless.
I tried to play it and ran (again) into ctd's, which cause was known but the default answer of the bug is: Then you've done something wrong. Play it again, do it different. This and that is the reason (in my case it was an ammo clip clipping through a wall causing a patrol to fail).
So the error is known but he refuses it to fix it instead you have to play it again and again and again until the error doesn't show up anymore.

It was frustrating enough to play the stalker soup in the first days.
I don't need this kind of frustration again.
Play AMK, play the NCL 6 and you have nearly the same.
