Has anybody completed this quest yet? Even after watching all the vids relating to it and following the play through, it doesn't work for me. Any suggestions from someone who has finished the quest would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Pretty good for a variation on the vanilla game. Highly recommended.

1- find three of the nine scientists bodies in Dead City (only three of them have the coordinates of the 'lair')
2- look in your PDA to see where is the lair and go to it
3- you can't enter, go to the bar and speak with the colonel (he will reconfigure your psi-helmet)
etc.
(I think you only need the first point, the rest is pretty easy, and fun! For sure I've found one scientist with the coordinates in the sewers, one in a house, the last near the BTR or the heli, not sure) |

Thanks for the speedy reply; the problem is, as soon as I drop the thermite, I get attacked by the controller making it impossible to get out of the tunnel system before the timer counts down. The vids make it look so easy.

You can kill this controller before to do the mission (I've killed him the first time I've approached the lair, he just get out the water in the tunnel, later nothing has attacked me during the 'bomb' mission) |
