What exactly is this used to do? Icon_equipments, ui_armour, ui_weapons and that sort of stuff?

If so this is another Russian program that is simple to use and has an English read me for the basics.

This download no longer works. Can someone please point me at a working link for the ui-merge tool? It looks very useful indeed. I've got Icon-Tool, but the description for this one sounds perfect.
