Does the 100 Rads Bar still get permanently locked down? Before it did and I learned the hard way never to put anything in the blue stash chest inside the Bar.
Why do Modders ( CoC too ) love to stockpile DC storage rooms and never let us get in?

Nah, it reopens for you after the "Helis are dead". After the Scorcher is off Petrenko moves back to replace Barkeep and a few Duty patrons take up permanent residence.
The storeroom is now absent of a guard and can be looted.
As TM5000 has noticed, Kebab Boris sticks around. For me he goes all silent, but I suspect he's supposed to be connected in some way to Paulie the Stewpid.
Don't know of anyone who has ever resolved the "Missing Fellow" (previously known as "A Friend of Seriy" mission in its entirety. There was a time in 1.4002 that the Countryside Major had a similar "Find a Friend" mission that almost could be completed.
That part just doesn't seem to spawn in 1.4007.
You have to love it when nascent plot additions just get cut with no word or hint in the release notes.
Exploiting 1.4007 DC as best as I can. I will NEVER, EVER use a "cheat pack" - a game lives or dies on its gameboard. Best of luck, stalker...
5 days in? Looking at your load out I don't even feel like we're playing the same Mod. I didn't know a Gauss Gun was available that early. You already have not just one but two scopes. Met a Burer, an Izlom and a Controller. You're certainly moving at light speed compared to me.
