Is this maybe a blast from the past....old SOC, where upon reloading a save the AI were immediately aware and hostile to your presence?

S3r1ous Textures Effects and Audio v2 is 200MB bigger and include lots of reworked textures from Clear Skies mod....

I'm working on both of these and will get them uploaded today

Plus 2 new mods coming:
Real Weapon Names
Fast Travel

The AI could def benefit from being looked at by somebody.
At the moment its almost non existent.
Playing with latest official patch.
Just walked through the Agroprom military base and not taken one shot while executing each and every military. AI do not react even when hit by shot but just carry on their designated patrol route. Adjacent AI do not react to their comrade being shot dead next to them. Eventually just walked up to one military and executed with head shot....now that's not how life should be in the zone

Actually if you compare the AI files they didn't touch those with the patch, so this still works
