Problems at the Bar

As this is my first post here in years, I'd like to give many many thanks to the LA team and everyone here for keeping my favorite game alive.

Just a little bug reporting: when trying to repair stuff with Petrenko at the Bar I get a CTD with the following error:

Expression : fatal error
Function : CScriptEngine::lua_error
File : script_engine.cpp
Line : 75
Description : <no expression>
Arguments : LUA error: d:\games\la\gamedata\scripts\ui_repair_wnd.script:583: attempt to concatenate local 'short_name' (a nil value)

Will try to find a workaround myself if nothing pops up until I'm back from work tomorrow evening.

Also, when I talk to Barkeep about Ratcatcher, depending on my position, if I am too far away I think from Garyk the bodyguard, he won't step aside to let me in.

Remove the stalker suit from your character and either drop it on the ground or put it in the blue box in the bar. It can't be on your character or in your inventory. If this doesn't work try dumping every thing into the blue box and then go back to Petrenko and see if the upgrade list appears without crashing. If it does not crash with all your armor, weapons and stuff removed (from the slots and your inventory) then you need to find the item causing the crash.
