Great, just watch out in the stable_storyline_info_agroprom.xml for the agr_military_case string, it must be below 4000 characters, or game will crash at startup.

This is not finished, but I wanted to upload what I've done so far:

As I said it isn't finished but you should be able to play through the Cordon, I don't like keeping people waiting. Some is just cut and paste machine translation, like for weapon descriptions, armor, etc. Some of it I rewrote myself because machine translations don't make sense. Currently I'm having to rewrite a lot of dialogue so you can follow the story in English, that's why it's taking so long.

As an aside, I wonder how much of the story the modders invented themselves, and how much is taken from older versions of Oblivion Lost's story. All I know is that Oblivion Lost's story was originally the story of Clear Sky, where you played Scar huning down Strelok. In this mod the player is named Messer (German for knife, which I changed to Cutter) and he has amnesia just like the Marked One. Oh well, bakc to work.

Yes, this translation was done with the official patch 1.1.

NOTE: there is some weirdness during testing with save files where translated text still appears in cyrillic, even though I translated it. You might want to start a new game.

I was just in the process of translating it myself, but with only Google-translate to work with it didn't make all that much sense at times

I did notice that some of the dialogue is the same as in the original v1.0004 files (eng), but then there were some that had the same 'string-id' as the original, but different text

I translated Narodnaya Soljanka back in the days (via Google-translate) and know what pain in the ass it is to translate these things, since I never managed to find a way of just 'copy/paste' entire .xml documents without everything screwing up, so hat's of to you, good Sir

Yes, the text files are of course vanilla text files that are altered. Some is altered, some is still vanilla, it's hard to tell what texts are actually used by characters so I'm just translating it all. Luckily it's a short work week and a long weekend so I hope to have it done by the weekend

I've played some of the mod while testing and I am blown away! The maps, while not polished, are much richer and interesting. The Zone feels abandoned, very few people, ammo is rare and you feel really alone playing it. Mutants can show up and attack at any moment, and it has a new story line. I'd say it ranks up with the best mods ever.

I am a bit disappointed that Darkscape is missing as well as Agroprom's dungeon (the mod uses an old map from a beta before the dungeon was added)

Good to hear and see some guys passion of old builds !

This mod is simply ...genious!Fantastic to play on these old levels!
To walk ,discover ,to play...
I try also many things to have the best experience on this game.
All russian community work to make even better experience.
Every day,so many archives to changes and modify aspect.

Like you,I correct the french traduction.
Much work,but so enjoy this awesome mod!

I translated it just when the 1.1 patch came out, with stalker dialog helper and finished the mod last night I didn't edit it like buzzard is so it gust google mumble jumble but i got through it with not much trouble, your all better waiting for buzzard's translation since its being edited.

Great mod.

Unfortunately,I know there is no freeplay at the end,what a shame,it will be so wonderful if it will be implemented!
